How I plan my day.. 💪🏽

Every night before I fall asleep, I always think about the next day, how would I want it to be. 5 minutes before falling asleep I create the picture in my head.
Yesterday, before I fell asleep I was planning to go to the gym after wake upand then having lunch at my favorite coffee shop.
All I did was just following the picture in my head, I felt pretty well, because I knew the purpose of that what I was going to do, I fully enjoy the day.
